Shipping

Allow 10 to 14 business days for production before your order ships. Larger sizes and multi-color models sit at the longer end of that range, because they take more print time and more color changes.

If something in the queue will push you past that window, we will email you rather than let the date pass quietly.

Shipping within the United States is a flat $12 per order, however many models you order. Ordering three peaks costs the same to ship as ordering one.

Rates are shown at checkout before you pay. We do not currently offer expedited shipping.

We ship internationally case by case. Get in touch before ordering and we will confirm rates and delivery times for your country.

Any customs duties or import taxes are the recipient's responsibility, and are not included in the price or the shipping charge.

You will get a tracking number by email when your order ships. If a package is marked delivered and you cannot find it, tell us within seven days and we will help you trace it.
