Privacy

When you order: your name, email address, and shipping address. These are collected by Stripe during checkout and passed to us so we can produce and ship your order.

When you ask to be notified about a peak that is not yet available: your email address, and which mountain you asked about.

When you email us: whatever you choose to put in the message.

We do not have customer accounts, and we do not ask for anything we do not need to fulfil an order.

Payments are handled entirely by Stripe on their own hosted checkout page. Your card details never reach our servers and we never see them. Stripe processes that data under its own privacy policy.

Only the services needed to take an order and get it to you: Stripe for payment, Resend for the emails we send about your order, our hosting provider, and the carrier that delivers the parcel.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Your basket is kept in your own browser's local storage so it survives a page reload; it never reaches us until you check out, and clearing your browser data removes it.

Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout page as part of taking payment and preventing fraud.

Order records are kept as long as we need them for accounting and tax purposes. Notify-me emails are kept until the peak launches or you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first.

Email hello@terrain-3d.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Depending on where you live you may have a legal right to these; we will honor the request either way.
