Returns

Because each piece is produced for your order rather than pulled from stock, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom peaks, or on size and finish choices you change your mind about.

If you are unsure which size to choose, ask us before you order. We would rather help you pick than have you receive the wrong thing.

If a piece arrives damaged, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it at no cost. Keep the packaging until the claim is settled, as the carrier sometimes asks to see it.

If you receive the wrong mountain, size, or finish, or the piece has a print defect, tell us within 14 days of delivery. We will replace it or refund it in full, whichever you prefer, and cover return shipping.

Email hello@terrain-3d.com with your order number and a photo. We answer email ourselves, usually within a business day.

Approved returns go to 2520 Hunters Meadow Ln, Raleigh, NC 27606. Please do not send anything back before we have confirmed the return, as unannounced parcels are easy to lose.
