- How long does an order take?
- Every model is printed to order, so allow 10 to 14 business days for production, plus shipping time. Larger sizes and multi-color models sit at the longer end of that range.
- What are the models made of?
- The relief is printed in matte PLA, a plant-based plastic, and mounted to a solid wood base. PLA holds fine surface detail well and gives a soft, non-glossy finish that reads more like stone than plastic.
- What is the difference between the color options?
- Gray and White are single-color prints. They read as sculptural and suit a minimal shelf. Multicolor prints use several filaments in one piece, with colors assigned by elevation the way a topographic map works: snow at the summit, rock through the alpine zone, forest at the base. Multicolor takes longer to print and uses more material, which is why it costs more.
- What size should I get?
- 10 x 10 cm sits comfortably on a desk or a narrow shelf. 15 x 15 cm is the most popular size and reads well on a bookshelf or mantel. 20 x 20 cm is a statement piece and shows the most terrain detail.
- Are the models geographically accurate?
- Yes. Each model is generated from real digital elevation data rather than sculpted by hand, so ridges, valleys, and summit approaches sit where they do in the real world. Vertical scale is sometimes exaggerated slightly so the terrain reads clearly at a small size.
- Can you make a mountain that is not listed?
- Often, yes. Custom peaks are some of our favorite work. Elevation data quality varies by region, so get in touch with the mountain you have in mind and we will tell you what is possible.
- How do I care for my model?
- Dust with a soft dry brush or a microfiber cloth. Keep the piece out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources such as a car dashboard or a radiator, since PLA can soften at high temperatures.

- What is your return policy?
- Because every model is made to order, we do not accept returns on custom peaks. If a piece arrives damaged, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it.
